Looking back at the sheer volume of receipts scanned over this period, the buzz it generated across the island was undeniable.
Two Malls, Twice the Chances
The beauty of the campaign lay in its simplicity. Anyone who spent Rs 1,000 or more in a single transaction at either Phoenix Mall or Riche Terre Mall was in with a shot. Shoppers simply had to scan one of the many QR codes displayed across the malls, fill out a quick registration form, and upload their receipt to secure their entries.
For two months, routine errands carried a bit of theatre. Whether visitors were doing the weekly grocery run, catching up over lunch, updating their wardrobes, or buying household essentials, every receipt became a potential golden ticket. Across both venues, the daily conversation quickly shifted from "What did you buy?" to "Have you scanned your receipt yet?"
