- He then moved to ENL and was appointed Managing Director of EnAtt Ltd, the Asset and Property Management Company of ENL Group in 2011

WEIRICH, Eric Head of Asset Management and Executive Director

Born in 1981, Eric holds a BCompt (Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Africa. Member of the institute of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) since 2009. He completed training contract at PwC in both South Africa and London and joined Doosan Power Systems as Financial Manager in 2011 before moving to Gazprom Marketing and Trading in London in 2013. In 2018, he was the Financial Director at Grit Real Estate. He joined the company in April 2019 as Chief Financial Officer and was promoted to Head of Asset Management.

 

His mission is to ensure that the finance department is a trusted business partner to all stakeholders to enable the company to grow and deliver on its promises

SEEBALUCK, Kevin Head of Finance

Born in 1975, Kevin holds a BComm (Hons) degree from University of Natal, South Africa and an MBA from Deakin University, Australia and has been a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant since 2006. He started his career in international tax with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1998 before moving to the UK in 2002. He worked as a financial analyst in technology companies before joining River and Mercantile in 2008. As Director of Finance, he played a pivotal part in getting River and Mercantile listed on the LSE main market. He returned to Mauritius in 2016 and worked as Finance Director for E&S Group until September 2019. He joined the company in October 2019 as Head of Finance.

DALAIS, Melissa Head of Marketing and Communications

Born in 1984, Melissa completed her Bachelor in Commerce specialising in marketing management, towards the end of her long career representing Mauritius. She joined the working environment when she was 23 after the “Jeux des Iles- Madagascar” in 2007. She tried a few industries before really finding the right one, which is when she started her career at Ascencia as marketing and communications coordinator for Kendra / Les Allées in 2012. As from 2014, she was the Portfolio Marketing Manager- managing Bagatelle Mall, Phoenix Mall, Riche Terre Mall, Kendra and Les Allees and So’flo. In 2018, she took a broader look at the portfolio on a more strategic level, hence paving the way to her current job as Head of Marketing and Communications.

DURSUN, Hemant Kumar Head of Systems and Procedures

Born in 1968, Kumar holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a B. Tech. (Hons.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Kumar embraced a career in property management since 1996 at a senior management position with a strong focus in facilities and operations management after having gathered experience in MEP consultancy and contracting services and project management fields in the construction and telecommunications sectors.

 

In January 2019, Kumar embarked on a challenging endeavour of integrating technology to property management aiming at achieving excellence in operational efficiency. He joined the company in February 2019 as Head of Systems and Procedures.

BOULLÉ, Robert Centre Manager - Bo'Valon

Born in 1991, Robert holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Financial Accounting, Finance Investment and Finance Corporate from the University of Western Australia. He is currently completing the ACCA programme. He started his career in 2013 as Auditor with BDO De Chazal du Mée before joining the Rogers Group in 2015. Since then, he has been working on the Fund management of Ascencia and on several projects within the Rogers Group. On 01 July 2017, Robert has been appointed Fund Manager of Ascencia.

 

His mission is to implement investments strategies, monitor, analyse and report the business financial and operational performance, with the aim of delivering superior return, to the Company shareholders.

AH-HONG, Sarah Asset Manager

Born in 1977, Sarah Ah-Hong has acquired her experience in accounts and sales after completing a "BTS Assistant de Gestion PME/PMI". She joined the property sector in 2012 as Centre Manager of Cap Tamarin and held the same position at Cascavelle Shopping Mall from 2014. She joined the company in August 2017 as Centre Manager of Phoenix Mall. She was promoted to the position of Asset Manager.

TALLAVIGNES, Valérie Portfolio Exhibitions Manager

Born in 1975, Valérie Tallavignes has a BTS Commercial International and a Master’s degree in Informational and Communication, with more than 15 years’ experience in sales and management of service companies and retail businesses. She joined the company in December 2012 as Sales & Exhibitions Coordinator. Valérie currently holds the position of Portfolio Exhibition Manager. Her mission is to widen the customer offer by having exhibitors in our Malls to promote or sell their products or services.  

THEODORE, Daisyna Human Resources Manager

Born in 1987, Daisyna Theodore holds a degree with honours in Management. She started an HR career in the contracting industry and in 2011 moved to a multinational company in the telecommunication sector. In 2016, she decided to change her career orientation from the HR to the networking (IT) as an Operations Manager. She joined the company in March 2019 as the Human Resources Manager.

Her mission is to build HR strategies, ensure a diverse workforce and foster a work-life balance for our people, in order to maximize our potential. How we engage and develop our workforce is central to our success.

 

She is driven by the need to make positive change- small or big- always pushing to make a difference.

KOENIG, Anabelle M. Property Manager - Rogers House

Annabelle Koenig holds a degree in arts, sports and health, and has held position of Centre Manager at Equilibre – Centre de Sports et de Santé for 23 years. She joined the company in 2016 as Centre Manager at Kendra and Les Allées and in 2017, as Centre Manager at So’flo. She currently holds the position of Property Manager for Rogers House.

SEEGOBIN, Antish Centre Manager - Kendra & Les Allées

Born in 1990, holder of a BEng(Hons) Mechatronics from the University of Mauritius & a Master in Business Administration with Project Management from the University of Technology of Mauritius. He was previously a Lift Project Engineer at Manser Saxon Elevators, undergoing major repair & maintenance and installations throughout the island. Antish joined the company in July 2018 as Operations Manager. He currently holds the position of Centre Manager for Kendra & Les Allées.

LAMUSSE, Maeva Centre Manager – So’Flo

Born in 1983, Maeva credits her leadership and management experience to an unwavering commitment towards her company goals and to being involved in every aspects of the business. She joined Ascencia Ltd in May 2018 and is currently working as the Centre Manager at So’Flo.

SABAPATHEE, Parama Financial Controller

Born in 1982, Parama is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He has more than 15 years’ experience in finance with local companies operating in the insurance, medical and property fields. He joined EnAtt Ltd in July 2015 as Accountant and has since been responsible of the finance function for several properties. Parama now holds the position of Financial Controller.

TEELUCK, Rachna Financial Controller

Born in 1989, Rachna is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She has joined the Rogers Group in 2008 and has held the post of Assistant Accountant for Bel Ombre Sugar Estate and Case Noyale Ltee. She joined Enatt Ltd in October 2014 as Accountant and in 2015 as Chief Accountant of Bagatelle Mall. As from October 2018, Rachna holds the position of Financial Controller.

SOOGUND, Haidar Asset Manager

Born in 1995, Haidar is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He started his career as auditor at Ernst & Young Mauritius in 2015 where he gained extensive experience in the audit of major listed companies on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius as well as asset management companies. In May 2018, he joined the private equity arm of the IBL Group as Finance Manager responsible for the oversight of the finance department. Haidar joined EnAtt Ltd in May 2019 as the Centre Manager of Riche Terre Mall and was promoted as Asset Manager in January 2020.

Gregory Bechard Centre Manager – Bagatelle Mall

Born in 1990, Gregory has 7 years of experience in the Facility Management / Property Management sector, where he worked as Onsite Manager and then promoted to General Manager of a Facility Management company. Gregory joined Ascencia Ltd in August 2019 as the Centre Manager of Bagatelle Mall.

MAUREL, Luke Senior Asset Manager

Born in 1981, Luke studied Civil Engineering at the Durban University of Technology. He started his career in the construction and development industry specializing in the implementation of township developments. He then held the position of Regional Executive for Propertuity, a property investment and development company, and represented the company’s interest as a director in various joint ventures. Luke moved to Mauritius in 2018 to work for the Evaco Group and was the General Manager of Fairstone Ltd and the Acting General Manager of IDEA Ltd. Luke joined the company in October 2019 as Senior Asset Manager and is responsible for Bagatelle Mall in Mauritius, Dunes Mall and The Grove Mall in Namibia.

FOURNIER, Fabrice Centre Manager- Riche Terre Mall

Born in 1992, Fabrice holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management & Marketing from Curtin University. He started his career as a Product Specialist at Chem Tech Ltd and was recently working for CIM Finance as a Relationship Manager in the leasing department. Fabrice has joined Ascencia since 06th January 2020 as the Centre Manager of Riche Terre Mall.
